The location was great. The staff were lovely and cute. The hotel was amazing! I would definitely stay again. The space, accessories, staff and parking were very convenient.
I discovered there was nowhere to pull up my car, as the street outside had double yellow lines and huge "do not park" markings. I waved to the man at reception for help, but I was ignored. This forced me to drive for eight minutes down a one-way street to find somewhere to stop. When I finally called the hotel, they advised me to park on the restricted area outside the hotel to check-in. This was frustrating and contradictory.

the staff was amazing and very friendly the town was close i found the location perfect for exploring local attractions. the bed provided comfort for restful sleep it added to the overall satisfaction of my stay.
the room lacked basic amenities like teaspoons the cleaning felt incomplete. the room was noisy sleep was difficult as i managed only two hours of rest during the night.

the staff provided friendly service and the room offered good value it included a full kitchen and a comfortable space. free refreshments were available in the lobby around the clock which was quite convenient. i especially appreciated the croissants and coffee available each morning to start the day right.
i noticed the corridors smelled a bit due to cooking but it was a minor issue.

the hotel provided free wifi for all guests i used the laundry room which was very helpful for my longer stay. a wide-screen tv was available in the reception lounge for relaxation.

i arrived late but check-in was quick and easy. secure parking was a big plus after a long journey. i found cutlery in the room, i could immediately enjoy my takeaway. the staff were friendly and efficient too!
The gym had limited equipment. I would have appreciated a wider selection, though it was adequate for a quick workout.
